CY60074757H, registered office at Georgiou Kalamatianou 8A, 4150 Kato Polemidia, Cyprus (the “Company”), is the controller of personal data collected through this shop. Data we process We process the information you provide when placing an order or contacting us, including your name, email, telephone number, delivery address, postcode, order contents and notes. We also process necessary technical and security data used to operate and protect the shop. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; SmartLifeCy does not store full card details. 3. Purposes and legal bases We use personal data to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, handle returns and warranties, issue invoices in our separate invoicing system, comply with tax and accounting duties, prevent fraud and secure the shop. The legal bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating a secure business. Marketing messages will only be sent with consent where required. 4. Sharing and international transfers We share only the data needed with service providers involved in hosting, payment processing, invoicing and delivery, including the courier selected for an order. Providers act under their own legal duties or appropriate data-processing terms. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards must apply. 5. Retention Order, invoice and accounting records are kept for the period required by Cyprus law. Support and operational records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, then deleted or anonymised. 6. Your rights Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may withdraw consent at any time. Cookies and changes The shop uses only storage and cookies necessary for essential functions unless a separate consent choice is displayed. We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page. 8. Optional customer accounts A customer account is optional and is not required to place an order. Access is provided using a short-lived one-time code sent to the verified email address. We store the account email, account creation and last-login dates, and a protected session identifier. Previous and future orders made with that verified email are displayed in the account. One-time codes expire quickly and neither codes nor session tokens are stored in readable form. Essential secure-session cookies are used only to keep the customer signed in. 9. Marketing preferences Offers, new-product announcements and stock updates are sent only after a separate, optional request and confirmation by email. The marketing consent record includes the email address, source, consent version and request/confirmation/withdrawal dates. Consent can be withdrawn at any time from My account or the unsubscribe link. Withdrawal does not affect order, payment, security or legally required messages. A minimal suppression record may be retained to respect an unsubscribe request. Resend processes transactional and consent-confirmation emails on our behalf. SmartLifeCy does not sell customer email addresses. 10. Privacy-first shop statistics We keep daily aggregate counts for page views, product views, cart additions, checkout starts, paid orders and revenue. These shop statistics do not contain names, email addresses, full IP addresses, device fingerprints or advertising identifiers and are not used to follow a visitor across websites. No analytics or advertising cookie is set for this purpose.
