TERMS OF SALE Last updated: 26 September 2026 1. Seller SmartLifeCy is operated by DACA ELECTRICAL SMART GRID LTD, registration no. HE 460676, VAT no. Scope and prices These terms apply to consumer orders delivered in Cyprus. Product prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed or confirmed before payment. Product images are illustrative; the description, compatibility and specifications should be checked before ordering. 3. Orders and payment An order is an offer to buy. We may contact you to verify availability, delivery details or suspected errors. A contract is concluded when we accept the order and confirm fulfilment. Test orders do not create a sales contract, reserve stock or take payment. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. A fiscal invoice is issued manually through the Company’s separate invoicing system and is not generated by this website. 4. Availability and cancellation Displayed stock is checked again before payment. A product or option without confirmed stock cannot be purchased. If an item is unavailable or a material pricing error is found, we will contact you and may cancel the affected item with a full refund of any amount paid. Consumers retain all mandatory rights under Cyprus and EU law. 5. Delivery Delivery is available in Cyprus through Akis Express, BOX NOW, ACS or local Limassol delivery, depending on the order and service availability. The selected method, cost and estimated time are confirmed before payment. Delivery is free for eligible orders of €135 or more. Unless another time is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Risk remains with us until the customer, or a person designated by the customer, receives the goods. 6. Contact and complaints Please quote the order reference when contacting us. Complaints should be sent to info@dacaelectricalsmartgrid.com. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Cyprus law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them. 7. Stock, reviews and first-order reward A product or option can be purchased only when the shop shows confirmed stock. Out-of-stock items cannot be added to the basket and stock is checked again before checkout. Reviews marked “Verified purchase” may be submitted only from the verified email account for a delivered or completed paid order. Reviews are moderated for relevance, personal data and unlawful content; positive and negative genuine reviews are treated equally. After a customer’s first eligible paid order, SmartLifeCy may issue one 5% next-order reward to the same verified email address. It is valid for 30 days on an eligible non-sale merchandise subtotal of at least €50, excludes delivery, is capped at €15, cannot be combined or exchanged for cash and may be used once. It is cancelled if the qualifying first order is cancelled, refunded or charged back. The checkout displays the exact discount before payment.
